Event Network, a leading operator of retail stores for experiential attractions in the US, has formed a new partnership with Tulsa Zoo in Oklahoma, becoming its retail partner to improve the guest experience and strengthen the connection between visitors and the zoo’s mission of engaging, caring for, and advocating for wildlife, people, and wild places.
Through this partnership, Event Network will leverage its expertise in experiential retail, product development, visual merchandising, store operations, and guest engagement to enhance Tulsa Zoo’s retail experience.
The collaboration aims to create a seamless shopping environment that enriches the zoo visit, enables guests to prolong their experience, celebrates their bond with wildlife, and leaves them with meaningful souvenirs.
The new partnership further demonstrates Event Network’s ongoing dedication to assisting AZA-accredited zoos and mission-focused attractions by offering retail experiences that enhance the guest experience.
Elevating the guest experience
“We are excited to welcome Event Network to Tulsa Zoo as our new retail partners,” says Tulsa Zoo vice president of guest experience, Patrick Weisz.
“We are confident their vast experience in experiential retail will elevate our guest experience and help advance our sustainability efforts.”
Situated in Mohawk Park, Tulsa Zoo is a prominent family destination in Oklahoma and serves as a key cultural and educational hub for the area. It houses over 1,500 animals across 300 species globally, underpinning numerous efforts in animal care, education, and conservation.

The zoo is currently experiencing a notable phase of expansion. Its long-term capital initiative, Building Beyond Your Wildest Dreams, supports a master plan to develop top-tier habitats, enhance the visitor experience, and invest in the future of the nearly century-old institution.
For Event Network, this partnership offers a chance to support a zoo committed to conservation, education, animal care, and community engagement.
As Tulsa Zoo invests in new habitats, expanded guest amenities, and ongoing improvements, retail can significantly enhance the overall visitor experience.
Event Network is also a retail partner for the newly opened Obama Presidential Center, a 19.3-acre campus in Chicago’s historic Jackson Park.
