Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, has announced that John Ball Zoo is now live on the Galaxy platform, with a comprehensive, campus-wide implementation.
John Ball Zoo, an award-winning conservation-focused zoo in Grand Rapids, Michigan, attracts over 700,000 visitors each year to its 103-acre site.
As attendance increased and operations grew, zoo leadership chose a unified system to handle admissions, revenue management, and reporting through a single, integrated platform.
The partnership introduces Gateway’s RevGen solution to the zoo’s campus, marking an important advancement in how the zoo benefits its members and visitors.
This new platform will enhance critical operational areas, including ticketing, retail, and food & beverage, by integrating data and streamlining the guest experience from arrival to departure. With RevGen, the zoo can effortlessly provide engaging interactions and efficient service at every stage.
Additionally, the technology supports the zoo’s financial stability and performance optimisation through improved reporting, unified tools, and a more coordinated approach to guest engagement.
