Positioned for the next phase of growth
Since joining Gateway as a project manager, Mory's leadership responsibilities across the company have steadily increased. This promotion acknowledges his contributions and formalises his strategic leadership position.
Mory was appointed director of operations in 2021. In this role, he has led efforts to improve service delivery, internal workflows, and team alignment. His analytical approach and dedication to operational excellence have helped Gateway expand its client base and evolve its product portfolio.
In 2022, Mory was named a top young professional in the region and was honoured in Lehigh Valley Business's Forty Under 40 for his dedication to business growth, professional excellence and community involvement.
Mory started his career at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, where he assisted with technology operations across several locations. He went on to manage admissions and POS systems, such as Gateway’s Galaxy platform, and to lead cross-departmental initiatives.
During this period, he also obtained his Project Management Professional certification, which strengthened his foundation in operational leadership.
As vice president of operations, Mory will continue to advance operational strategies across the company, with a focus on efficiency, team integration, and support for Gateway clients across the globe.
He will also work to ensure continued alignment across teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
Michael Andre, president and CEO of Gateway Ticketing Systems, says: "Chase’s promotion reflects the leadership and strategic insight he consistently brings to our organization. His organizational and project management insight drives meaningful change in a positive way.
"His deep understanding of our business and commitment to operational excellence position him well to lead this next phase of growth."
Gateway's team comprises over 150 professionals across the US, UK, and Canada, including software developers, technical experts, IT resources, project managers, customer service representatives, and other professionals.
Earlier this month, Gateway Ticketing System's annual employee awards celebrated 34 team members.
The honorees demonstrated the company’s Core Values of Customer Care, Integrity, Passion, Accountability, Teamwork, Communication, and Innovation, as well as a strong work ethic and company spirit.
