Scream Score
Heather Doggett is founder & CEO of Scream Score, a first-of-its-kind biometric ratings platform designed for haunted attractions, movies, and thrill-based experiences.
This innovative technology collects real-time data by linking guests’ smartwatches or fitness bands via a mobile app to track fear-related physiological responses, such as heart rate and nervous system activity, during the attraction.
Guests receive their unique “Scream Score” upon exit, while attraction owners gain in-depth analytics showing how well their experiences thrill, terrify, and engage visitors. With easy setup and scalable capabilities, Scream Score is transforming the industry's approach to gamification and success measurement.
Doggett also founded Immerse Universe and Masterful Impact Consulting.
Through Immerse Universe, she develops immersive campaigns and experiences that aim to produce measurable behaviour change. Her Xfluence design framework combines sensory immersion with behaviour science to support brand activations, seasonal events, immersive exhibits, and cause-driven storytelling that promote social and environmental impact.
