Based in Southern California, Neville's role will span creative strategy and project delivery, supporting the company's global teams on complex, multi-partner attractions. His immediate priorities include contributing to the delivery of significant immersive experiences at Universal Studios Japan.

"Holovis has a strong reputation for delivering technically ambitious experiences that remain grounded in the guest journey," says Neville.

"What excites me most is the opportunity to work closely with teams on live projects, helping guide experiences from concept through to physical reality, and ensuring they ultimately create meaningful connections and lasting memories for audiences."

Neville's project portfolio includes serving as lead producer for the Thea Award-winning Fantasy Springs expansion at Tokyo DisneySea at WDI.

While at Netflix, he developed experiences for Netflix House Dallas and the upcoming Netflix House Las Vegas. At Meow Wolf, he led the story experience interactive team in creating interactive and innovative experiences for exhibitions in Denver, Dallas, and Houston.

Keely McClarin, vice president, global PMO at Holovis, says: "Ken brings a wealth of experience in delivering complex, high-profile attractions, along with a collaborative approach that strongly aligns with how Holovis operates.

"His focus on clarity, alignment and guest experience reflects exactly what’s needed on projects of this scale. We’re also delighted to welcome a senior creative leader based on the US West Coast, further strengthening our global delivery model and our connection across regions."
