The Messi Experience: A Dream Come True, an interactive fan experience inspired by Argentine professional footballer Lionel Messi, is set to open in Miami.

Launching on 25 April before a world tour, the Messi Experience is by Primo Entertainment and Moment Factory, the multimedia entertainment studio specialising in the conception and production of immersive environments

Guests will take a trip through the life of Leo Messi. There will be experiential activities, including a conversation with Messi using advanced artificial intelligence (AI).

“I am thrilled to be part of this project that allows fans to get closer to my journey on and off the field,” said Messi.

“Throughout my career, I have always strived to inspire and connect with people through my passion for soccer. This experience will offer a unique opportunity to relive the most memorable moments and feel the  emotions shaping my path.”

The touring attraction includes 10 physical and digital experiences, beginning in Messi’s hometown of Rosario, Argentina.

“We are excited to be a part of such an extraordinary experience,” said Andres Naftali and David Rosenfeld, co-founders of Primo Entertainment.

“Messi, as a living legend, is a perfect example of how all generations can overcome challenges and succeed. This Miami immersive experience will be 75 minutes of inspiration, emotion,  entertainment and fun for everyone to enjoy.”

Football experiences

Last year, it was reported that Messi’s room in Qatar would be transformed into a small museum after the Argentina captain led his team to a 2022 World Cup victory against France.

Elsewhere, Manchester City has launched a new gamified experience called ‘City Challenge’ in partnership with Aldar at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi.

The football club’s plans to expand the Etihad Stadium with a new fan zone and other experiences have also been given the final sign-off.
