Mark Amos is a driving force behind some of the most ambitious and immersive destinations worldwide. With over 25 years of experience in creating themed entertainment, he has transformed how destinations are brought to life, combining storytelling with operational expertise.
He heads RWS Global’s destination design department (previously JRA), managing growth strategies, creative quality, and client relationships for international projects. From initial concept to final delivery, his insights and input drive experiences that connect deeply with each unique audience.
Amos’ portfolio features Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the world’s largest indoor theme park, where he managed architectural and engineering aspects with exceptional detail and innovation.
Additionally, he has overseen master planning, concept development, creative visioning, exhibit design, and implementation for major projects at locations such as Kings Dominion, Lionsgate Movie World, Angry Birds Activity Park, Land of Legends Theme Park and Waterpark, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Sochi Park Adventureland, Anapa Theme Park, and more.
At RWS Global, a powerhouse in the world of live entertainment and experiential design, his leadership has initiated a new era of creative design. He has restructured the department to enhance scalability and collaboration, strategically placing top-tier talent and mentors to foster innovation.
His influence is evident in award-winning projects for major IPs, including Cartoon Network, Mattel, Hasbro, Warner Bros., Coca-Cola, Sanrio, and Toyota.
