Meanwhile, Ali Saleh will assume the role of group chief operations officer, overseeing fabrication, production, and project delivery across the company's various subsidiaries.
His focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, refining delivery systems, and expanding production capabilities as the company grows.
Ali SalehThe group works across sectors, including themed environments such as theme parks and family entertainment centres, cultural and heritage sites such as museums and exhibitions, experiential retail and hospitality spaces, public realm installations, and architectural features designed for immersive experiences.
In his new role, Rashmani will collaborate closely with Chaya and Saleh to guide Mint Group into its next stage of strategic growth. The company’s five-year plan aims to evolve from a successful founder-led business into a scalable platform capable of delivering larger, more complex projects across international markets.
Core priorities
The strategy is built on five key priorities. These include strengthening market leadership and fostering strategic growth through enhanced partnerships and global client relationships. Additionally, the focus is on expanding Mint’s leadership in scenic fabrication and immersive environment production.
The company is also focused on building a scalable operating platform supported by stronger governance, operational discipline, and financial transparency.
In parallel, Mint is investing in advanced fabrication technologies and digital manufacturing capabilities to enhance efficiency and unlock new delivery possibilities.
Finally, the group is expanding into experiential architecture and high-end experiential fit-out across new sectors, including hospitality, retail, and cultural destinations.
Through these initiatives, Mint Group aims to further strengthen its position as a trusted partner in creating complex experiential environments throughout the Middle East and international markets.
The right choice
Speaking about his appointment, Rashmani says:
“I am excited to take on this opportunity with Mint. I had witnessed firsthand the company’s growth over the years and have been in close dialogue with the founder and the leadership team.
"I see my role as leading, shaping, and scaling the organization by bringing alignment, clarity, and direction as we move into the next phase of Mint’s growth.
"Founder-led organizations have unique strengths, entrepreneurial energy, creativity, and speed. The next chapter is about preserving those strengths while building the operational clarity, governance, and scalability required for long-term growth.”
Chaya adds: “Mint has grown from a passionate entrepreneurial vision into a company trusted to deliver some of the region’s most ambitious experiential environments.
"As we enter the next phase of growth, bringing in Amin as Group CEO allows us to strengthen the organization and build the structure needed to scale regionally and globally.
"His international experience and ability to connect strategy with execution make him the right leader to guide Mint through this next chapter.”
