Musa Guide lets venues create AI Tour Guides, an audio guide replacement that feels like a human guide. It brings the state-of-the-art to visitors in venues of all sizes by removing operational and cost barriers.

How the journey improves for guests

Content is the foundation of any great tour. You can't create a single script that respects both the needs of an expert looking for in depth explanations and a casual visitor that is looking for variety. Trying to cater to each and every visitor forces you into tradeoffs that hold the visitor experience back.

Musa flips the script. Instead of spending most of their time on exact wording, operators supply their full knowledge base including archive. Delivery is handled by AI personas that allow precise curatorial control over style, phrasing and even pronunciation. Our context engine uses the venue’s verified material, traces provenance, and restricts answers to approved sources. This allows every visitor to take a unique tour in the voice of the museum in their own language. Guests start off on a curated base path like "Highlights in 30 Minutes", "Kids Explorer", or "Architecture Walk". From there, as your AI guide gets to know you more, you wander into your own personal journey, following tailored suggestions and asking your own questions, making sure that curiosity never hits a dead end. And to make this a truly guided experience, the AI Tour Guides use spatial intelligence to tell you where to go as if they were right there with you, removing the need to look at a map.

Easy for operators, fast to launch

Musa removes the operational and cost barriers that have held back great guides. It runs on your phone without app downloads and requires no BLE beacons or UWB anchors for its spatial intelligence. Teams can bring content in quickly, make changes any time, and publish updates instantly. And with less time being spent on setup, maintenance and busy work, curation and content can finally take the center stage.

Because each journey is personalised, Musa’s analytics reveal exactly what resonates with visitors and what to adjust or expand on. This creates a tight feedback loop to create the best possible experience for your visitors. And depending on your business model, you can turn on our built-in world wide payment platform to earn revenue, helping your venue stay financially healthy without costly integrations.

Proven in the real world

During the pilot at Museo Miraflores in Guatemala City, hundreds of visitors used Musa across four levels and an ancient Mayan site. This covered hundreds of exhibits and thousands of years of history and within a few weeks, archaeologists already used Musa's analytics to make meaningful improvements to the visitor experience beyond the guide. We're excited to go live in October, less than two months after onboarding started.

Musa serves museums and galleries, and also suits zoos, aquariums, historic sites, and retail environments. Wherever there's more to uncover, Musa takes visitors on a unique journey they'll never forget.
