Buzz Aldrin Joins the Party as New Kennedy Space Center Attraction to Open


Opening to the public Friday, Nov. 11, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex’s newest attraction – Heroes & Legends featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame – will see 25 astronauts, including Buzz Aldrin, James Lovell and Thomas Stafford together with the children of Neil Armstrong and Alan Shepard attend the opening event.

The 20, 000-square-foot new addition to the popular Cape Canaverel attraction will house the existing Hall of Fame and exhibits will include genuine space artefacts and immersive multimedia presentations.
