Meow Wolf has released an ultimate guide to its spooky events, workshops and parties for Halloween. Meow Wolf Freek Week will kick off on October 17 and run until October 31.

The Santa Fe-based arts collective is hosting a bunch of Halloween experiences, including magic tricks, slime workshops, neon face painting, and a Halloween fair-style event.

Visitors will get the chance to explore bondage-based costuming for Halloween outfits, and can take part in t-shirt and trick-or-treat bag silk-screen printing workshops.

Another workshop with Chris Chickering will teach guests some magic tricks, while the Halloween ‘slime time’ workshop for adults will include access to the House of Eternal Return and Float Cafe.

Meanwhile, the Mesa Recordings crew will be getting spooky in Ye Olde Ghost Town. If that’s not up your street, there will be a Halloween rock-painting workshop.

Also at Meow Wolf in October is a Halloween neon face-painting workshop, as well as ‘AudioBuddha’s Graveyard Grooves’, with dancing and community murals. The party will continue with ‘Keys N Krates’.

On October 27, a family-friendly fair-style event called ‘Make-O-Ween’ will feature crafts, pumpkin-painting, live music and popcorn.

There will also be some spooky characters in the House of Eternal Return, followed by a Halloween flashmob workshop with Bollywood-style Thriller choreography.

The Bedtime Stories event will be the spookiest ever, celebrating Halloween with ‘phantasmagoria’ in the darkness.

Meow Wolf’s friends at Cafe Quartz will also be hosting a cosplay workshop for amateurs.

On Halloween (October 31), Meow Wolf will hold a toddler costume parade and story hour, as well as a mask-making workshop.

Lucy Dacus, with special guests Liza Anne and Sun June, will kick off Halloween night, followed by DJ Justin Martin’s high-energy set, with dancing and exhibit performers.

Earlier this year, Meow Wolf and Denver’s Elitch Gardens opened Kaleidoscape, the world’s first artist-driven dark ride.
