Thinkwell Group, the global experience design and production firm, has announced several high-profile promotions as the expansion of its integrated services continues with TAIT. The promotions recognise the recipients’ dedication to the industry, with strong leadership and exceptional client partnerships.
Cynthia Sharpe has been appointed senior principal. Her previous role was principal at Thinkwell Group with a focus on cultural attractions.
Tina Blakeney has been appointed principal with a focus on global project development. She was previously director of production for Thinkwell in Montréal.
Anne-Laurence Dubois has been promoted to executive producer from producer at the Montréal Studio.
Claudine Hubert, also from the Montréal Studio, has been appointed director, people, North America for TAIT. This new leadership role will support the global TAIT organization and Thinkwell’s creative studio teams.
30% Growth
Thinkwell’s global team has grown by 30% since it joined the TAIT Group in early 2022. This has facilitated collaboration between teams around the world, expanding the services available. The firm expects benefits to grow over the coming years.

Thinkwell Group has been celebrating the upcoming opening of The U.S. Marshals Museum (USMM) on 1 July 2023. The firm has developed design, media, and technology integration – for both the exhibits and guest experience throughout the world-class museum.
