Vennersys, the integrated ticketing, retail and visitor management company, has been chosen by the Museum of the Broads in Norfolk as its new attraction management solution provider. This UK museum works to preserve the stories of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads and bring them alive for visitors. It features a number of activities and trails that educate visitors of all ages and also caters to school and college groups.
Guests can enjoy a boat trip to Barton Broad and get close to the unique landscape of the Broads National Park. The museum also hosts special events throughout the year and is home to an on-site cafe and gift shop.
With Vennersys’ Venpos Cloud visitor attraction management system, the museum will be better able to maximise revenue and minimise admin time and expenditure.

The operator has opted for several of the functionalities of the VenposCloud system, which will help the museum team manage guest admissions, memberships, data, donations, and more. In addition, the solution will make managing the museum’s events much easier, as it enables the team to change, create and delete events with one simple-to-use system.
As a result of this new partnership with Vennersys, the Museum of the Broads will be able to maximise revenue from secondary income streams, as well as provide a smoother and more streamlined experience for its visitors.
Jacqui Griffyth, a trustee at the Museum of the Broads, says:
“We’re excited to adopt the VenposCloud system to help improve our customer experience and to streamline our own processes. As a charitable organisation, it is crucial to maximise efficiency and income from other revenue streams given that we have limited resources to work with. VenposCloud will help us do exactly that.”
Stuart Ward, business development manager at Vennersys, adds:
“Working with the Museum of the Broads is a fantastic opportunity for us and we look forward to being able to help them improve the management of their museum. We’re honoured to be able to help showcase the natural beauty of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads and hope to help make the visitor experience as smooth as possible.”
Earlier this month, Vennersys shone a spotlight on its long-standing partnership with Blenheim Palace, a world heritage site in Oxfordshire, UK. Here, the VenposCloud system enables the attraction to offer a seamless admissions process to its visitors. It also provides data and actionable insights and makes operations run more smoothly.
