Efteling in the Netherlands has shared a first look at its 32nd fairytale – 'The Fairytale Library'.
Construction is progressing on the new experience in the theme park's Fairytale Forest, with the area around 'The Chinese Nightingale' being reimagined.
Per a press release, the framework of the 9-metre-high building is taking shape, with the new attraction due to open in 2027.
Efteling has also revealed more about what visitors will experience in The Fairytale Library, including "all the books filled with stories that the fairytale collector has gathered during his travels", said Efteling designer Jeroen Verheij.

"They will also meet seven hard-working gnomes, who have accompanied the fairytale collector from all corners of the world over the years," Verheij added.
"The gnomes keep the library organised, welcoming and as complete as possible, because the fairytale collector himself is often away on his travels."
Pictured in new concept art (above) is the "silence gnome", who is "passionate and dedicated to caring for the library", Efteling said.
"One of the best-known characteristics of a library is the quiet, allowing everyone to read and explore without being disturbed. This gnome makes sure that this peaceful atmosphere is maintained," it added.
Earlier this month, Efteling announced plans to open a suspended launch coaster called Missie Luminar in 2029.
Missie Luminar will be the park’s first suspended launch coaster, offering speed, surprising elements and several moments of weightlessness.
Since opening in 1952, Efteling has grown to become one of Europe's biggest theme parks, welcoming more than 130 million visitors.
