501 Fun releases new Battlefields darts game

New game combines strategic territory control with direct competition

501 Fun, a global leader in providing engaging and innovative social entertainment systems, has unveiled its new darts game, Battlefields.

This latest release is expected to become a favourite with the firm’s players around the world. It will test their ability to defend and extend their territory in a fast-paced, dynamic contest.

Games that resonate with players

Battlefields is a territory-based darts game in which players battle to claim and defend areas of farmland. The game takes place over six rounds, and the player with the biggest farm at the end is the winner.

Players need to hit unclaimed areas of farmland with a dart to add them to their farm. If they hit it again, the area will become shielded from attack. A bullseye shields all of the players’ territory. By hitting an opponent’s land, players can break their shields or change the area back to an unclaimed status.

Battlefields was created in response to rigorous data analysis and feedback from customers, demonstrating 501 Fun’s dedication to producing games that connect with players.

The success of competitive games like Killer, in which players compete directly against one another, underlines the need for more interesting and dynamic gameplay. Battlefields blends strategic territory control with direct competition to create an exciting game experience.

Dan Wilson, chief technology officer at 501 Fun, says: “We are excited to introduce Battlefields to our community. Our team has worked tirelessly to create a game that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our players. The blend of strategy, competition, and fun in Battlefields is a testament to our dedication to innovation and excellence in gaming.”

501 Fun is a worldwide leader in social entertainment technology. It currently has two products on the market; Interactive Darts and its flagship game Augmented Reality Darts.

The firm’s outstanding track record in product and game design, combined with market-leading software and payment systems, allows it to create, produce, and distribute high-quality items with a fast turnaround.
