ARCO Murray PINSTACK Kincora

Virginia venue marks the start of a partnership between the two companies

ARCO/Murray, a leading design-builder specialising in national rollouts across a wide spectrum of industries, and PINSTACK, a leading destination for cutting-edge bowling and active entertainment, have formally broken ground on their first joint project.

The 56,000-square-foot, two-storey venue is located on the Kincora mixed-use development in Loudoun County, Virginia. This will be the first PINSTACK location in the state and is set to offer a distinctive mix of experiences.

A full-service restaurant will serve a modern American menu that showcases local and regional ingredients, and will be accompanied by bowling lanes, arcade games, a rock-climbing wall, bumper cars, a bar, and adaptable spaces for both social and corporate events.

Slated to launch in 2026, PINSTACK Kincora will be a key addition to Loudoun County’s thriving entertainment offering.

Premier entertainment destination

ARCO, a renowned design-build specialist for complex hospitality and entertainment spaces, is leading the construction.

Director of operations, Drew Oppenhuis, says: “We are proud to partner with PINSTACK to bring this premier entertainment destination to life. This project exemplifies the power of visionary design and collaboration, and we look forward to seeing the impact it will have on Loudoun County.”

The project demonstrates the two companies’ shared dedication to providing top-quality, experience-driven spaces that support local economic growth and community cohesion. It also reflects ARCO’s wider goals to create thoughtfully designed, dynamic environments that elevate live-work-play communities.

Dan Coughlan, principal of TRITEC, the developer leading the Kincora project, says: “The arrival of PINSTACK signifies a pivotal moment in Kincora’s evolution. This project sets the tone for what’s ahead as we continue to attract best-in-class brands that align with our long-term vision for the walkable, high-energy, mixed-use community.”

Local leaders have firmly backed the project and consider it a catalyst for Loudoun County’s ongoing economic growth.

Buddy Rizer, executive director of Loudoun Economic Development, says: “PINSTACK’s decision to launch their first Virginia location right here in Loudoun speaks volumes about the strength of our market and our growing appeal as an entertainment and lifestyle destination.

“This is a win for our residents and a signal to national brands that Loudoun is open for
business.”

“We are thrilled to bring PINSTACK’s signature blend of upscale dining and immersive entertainment to Virginia for the first time,” says Mark Moore, president and CEO at PINSTACK.

“Loudoun County’s vibrant community and Kincora’s strategic location provide the perfect backdrop for the type of experiences our guests seek, where fun, food, and connection come together.”

Tony Howard, president and CEO of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, says: “The arrival of PINSTACK in Loudoun County is a significant win for our community, and the Loudoun Chamber is thrilled to welcome this innovative entertainment and dining experience.

“PINSTACK isn’t just about bowling; it’s a dynamic addition to our community that will create new jobs, boost our local economy by drawing visitors, and provide a much-needed venue for families and businesses to connect and unwind. It truly enhances Loudoun’s appeal as a vibrant place to live, work, and play.”

This official groundbreaking ceremony marks a significant milestone for both ARCO and PINSTACK as they introduce the dynamic, experience-driven destination to the Virginia market.

With a focus on entertainment, dining, and community, the project exemplifies ARCO’s ongoing dedication to delivering high-quality venues for national entertainment concepts.
