Brogent Technologies 2024 MENALAC Awards win

Brogent Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer of media-based attractions, has been honoured in the MENALAC Awards 2024, where its racing simulators in Doha Quest have won the Best New Product for FECs 2024 (Ride and Attraction) category.

Middle East and North Africa Leisure & Attractions Council (MENALAC) is a trade association representing the region’s leisure and attraction industry. Its prestigious awards recognise excellence in the Middle East leisure and entertainment sector. The winners were announced in a gala held at Address Sky View, Downtown Dubai, on 6 March.

Interactive & social experiences

Brogent Technologies’ advanced simulators are designed for racing enthusiasts and provide an authentic experience. They use a 6DOF motion platform and unique motion programming from the firm’s flying theatre system to create an interactive real-time virtual racing experience.

Brogent Technologies 2024 MENALAC Awards win Oryx Speedway

The Oryx Speedway and Quest for Speed simulators opened in mid-November 2023 in Doha Quest, Qatar’s biggest indoor amusement park, and have been attracting thrill seekers from across the Middle East.

Quest for Speed is a streamlined single-seater with a unique air blower system that adjusts wind volume to match the car’s speed and adds to the realistic experience. The innovative 6DOF motion platform provides accurate motion and force feedback to mimic the feel of professional racing.

Meanwhile, the four-seater Oryx Speedway allows up to four riders to race together. The audience is engaged via massive screens, speakers, and an AI live broadcasting system. The AI recognises exciting moments and instantly switches screens.

Quest for Speed and Oryx Speedway are unique attractions for guests of all ages, offering more than just a thrilling experience. The interactive and social elements of the experiences make them ideal for family trips, competitions with friends, or individual visits for guests who wish to test their racing talents.

Brogent Technologies Inc. recently announced the launch of It’s Africa, the first 10K flying theatre experience to focus on the natural beauty of Africa in collaboration with Mack Animation. The release offers ultra-high resolution for all existing flying theatre systems, with optimised performance for the newest models of LED dome screens.
