Guests will visit interactive spaces inspired by CBeebies shows

Another immersive experience for children is incoming, with CBeebies Rainbow Adventure set to open at Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush this summer.

Designed for children aged up to six years old, CBeebies Rainbow Adventure will offer live storytelling, theatrical role play, problem solving, puppetry and music.

Guests will visit interactive spaces inspired by CBeebies shows like Bluey, Hey Duggee, JoJo & Gran Gran, and Mr Tumble and Friends.

They will also get to explore the colourful CBeebies rainbow garden to find the colours that have vanished from the CBeebies rainbow.

At the end of the experience, guests will get to meet one of their favourite characters and have a photo taken with them.

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure has been created and produced by Rainbow Experience Limited under license from BBC Studios.

In more news, children’s entertainment brand CoComelon is getting its first location-based entertainment (LBE) venue at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Immersive attractions for kids

The FEC will bring to life CoComelon‘s iconic locations, characters and music, with visitors experiencing JJ’s treehouse, the Melon Patch Academy, Old MacDonald’s farm, and the yellow school bus.

Kids want to be immersed in their favourite IP just as much as adults, which is why the trend for big brands like Peppa Pig and Bluey in permanent spaces is burgeoning.

Universal is even opening its first-ever family resort in Texas, and Merlin Entertainments and Hasbro have launched Europe’s first Peppa Pig theme park in Germany.
