New high ropes course features Saferoller continuous belay systems throughout

A new aerial adventure course is now open at Center Parcs De Kempervennen in The Netherlands.

The new attraction promises an exciting challenge for visitors of all ages. It features a range of obstacles and zip lines, which are suspended above the beautiful countryside on an attractive contemporary structure.

The park’s safety belay system was provided by KANOPEO, a leader in belay technology for aerial adventure parks.

Combining beauty & thrills

Centre Parcs is recognised for its commitment to creating amazing experiences, and it is constantly expanding its offerings to ensure that visitors of all ages have a memorable stay.

The park was designed and built by Belgian park builder A&P Project, Paul Huybrechts. A&P Project has used KANOPEO lifeline system in their constructions for their quality and durability.

The high ropes course includes various difficulty levels which are designed to appeal to both adventure seekers and families. 10 ziplines, four climbing walls, and 63 elements can be found across three different levels. In addition, six ziplines, ranging from 50 meters to 170 meters long, are suspended above the park’s lake.

The latest innovations in safety technology have been deployed to provide the highest levels of security for every participant. This includes professional supervision and Saferoller continuous belay systems, which have been installed across the entire park.

Saferoller is the first continuous belay system in the world, and offers a unique out-of-reach safety line which enhances the thrill. The high-capacity system significantly improves guest throughput while maintaining one of the lowest operating costs on the market. It is the industry leader for its reliability, reduced downtime and enhanced ROI.

The course also features:

Environmentally-friendly design. With a strong focus on environmental sustainability, the course’s development team used high-quality, long-lasting materials and building techniques to minimise their negative effects on the environment.

Breathtaking views. The experience promises to be as beautiful as it is exciting, as participants take in stunning views over the lake and the forest canopy.

Family-friendly. Routes with lower-height sections are accessible for children aged 10 and over, allowing families to share the adventure.

KANOPEO recently announced that it is now the exclusive distribution partner for SBE products. This strategic collaboration reflects Kanopeo’s position as a leading supplier in the sector, and will create new potential for the growth of both firms.
