Germany’s first next-generation Lego Discovery Centre is opening tomorrow (13 June) in Hamburg’s HafenCity.
Designed for children aged between two and 12 years old, the indoor experience provides 3,000 square metres of play, learning and creativity across 12 areas.
Located in Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier, the new Lego Discovery Centre includes a space to create a custom Lego Minifigure, the Imagination Express train ride, and a 4D cinema experience.

The experience begins with the Minifigure building activity, with guests able to create their own Minifigure to take on their adventure through the attraction.
In Lego Duplo Park, children can fish for ducks, ride the carousel and build using Duplo bricks, while the Action Zone includes climbing areas and a laser labyrinth.
The Building Adventure area allows guests to develop vehicles from Lego bricks and test them on various tracks, and guests can build a rocket to be digitally scanned in the Space Mission experience.

Lego Discovery Center Hambury also includes a 4D cinema experience and the Imagination Express train ride.
“The Lego Discovery Centre Hamburg is a very special place because here, children are in charge, and their opinion is very important to us,” said Miriam Wolframm, general manager of Lego Discovery Center Hamburg.

“We are proud and happy to welcome children and families from near and far to our colorful Lego experience world and to enrich Hamburg with a fantastic leisure attraction.”
