Red Raion’s CGI content enhances PlayOCity, Hasbro & Al Hokair’s FEC

News
playocity partnership Red Raion

Red Raion, the CGI studio for media based attractions, has collaborated with Hasbro and the Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development to create the CGI content for PlayOCity. In a 6,000-square-foot area spread across two sites, this FEC allows visitors to fully immerse themselves in the worlds of Hasbro brands, including Transformers, My Little Pony, Tonka, Power Rangers, Forza 4 and Hippos.

The company’s experience and knowledge played a crucial role in the creation of the two entry arches at the PlayOCity locations in Jeddah and Riyadh. The content produced consists of a sequence honouring the Hasbro licences, with the typical quality of the works created by Red Raion animated to take advantage of the supports at the entrance to the FEC.

Working with iconic characters

“It has been an absolute pleasure to collaborate with Red Raion,” says Majed Al Hokair, Chairman of Directors in Al Hokair Group. “Their exceptional expertise, unwavering dedication, and steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality results have played a pivotal role in the outstanding success of the PlayOCity powered by Hasbro in Boulevard World, Riyadh, as well as our latest PlayOCity attraction in Jeddah.”

“Collaborating with Al Hokair Group, a global entertainment authority, is a source of great satisfaction for us,” adds Valeria Rizzo, chief brand officer at Red Raion. “Furthermore, being able to work with such iconic characters from Hasbro licenses gave us a great sense of proudness with the work we have been doing since our foundation. We are happy to have enriched both PlayOCity sites with our ability and expertise.”

Last month, Red Raion announced its newest CGI movie for licensing, Alice in Wonderland – Space Match, which is available in 5D, VR, Dome, and Fly. The firm has created a space odyssey where the classic tale of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland becomes a voyage of self-discovery and empowerment where Alice sets out on an alien adventure, defying convention and embracing her creativity.
