QLINE Consulting reveals Education Centre for Ticketing Ready

New resource includes video tutorials, FAQs and industry guidance

QLINE Consulting, a specialist consultancy in ticketing, tourism and technology, has announced the launch of a dedicated Education Centre for Ticketing Ready, a free platform that helps UK visitor attractions identify their ticketing requirements and connect with the right suppliers.

The curated learning hub, built into the Ticketing Ready platform, supports attractions as they choose or review a ticketing system.


It includes video tutorials, FAQs and quick tips from ticketing suppliers and industry professionals. All content is organised by topic, such as revenue and pricing, operations and capacity, technology and integrations, admissions, and marketing.

Users can search and filter content, track their progress, and mark items as complete.

Supporting attractions and supplier partners

The resource offers attractions a clearer understanding of ticketing terminology and system capabilities when they need it most: during the process of establishing requirements and evaluating suppliers.

Carly Straughan, director at QLINE Consulting and creator of Ticketing Ready, says: "Visitor attractions often arrive at ticketing conversations without a clear picture of what's available or what questions to ask.

"The Education Centre is designed to change that by giving teams the knowledge they need to engage with suppliers confidently and make decisions that are right for their venue."

Additionally, the Education Centre offers new opportunities for Ticketing Ready's supplier partners to contribute videos, articles, or FAQs that help operators understand features or capabilities through the lens of their own products.

"If your system handles gift aid particularly well, for example, you can contribute content that explains gift aid to attractions and show them how your product approaches it. It's education first, but it naturally showcases what makes a product different," says Straughan.

The Education Centre is available now to all registered Ticketing Ready users, with free registration for visitor attractions.

QLINE Consulting announced the relaunch of Ticketing Ready in January.
