Sean McAllister

Sean McAllister brings more than 45 years of experience in the attractions industry, with a career that uniquely blends theme park operations, zoological institutions, and immersive attraction development. He began his career at Six Flags, starting in his very first role making cotton candy before rising through the organisation to become Head of Park Operations at Six Flags Great Adventure.

He later joined the Wildlife Conservation Society, where he spent ten years as Director of Guest Services overseeing operations across its renowned properties, including the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, New York Aquarium, Queens Zoo, and Prospect Park Zoo.

After working closely on the installation of 4D Theatre attractions at the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, and New York Aquarium, Sean transitioned into attraction development with SimEx-Iwerks. For over 15 years, he has combined his operational, admissions, and ticketing expertise with a passion for immersive entertainment, helping develop and deliver attractions for zoos, aquariums, theme parks, and destinations around the world.
