A long-standing client of Imagineear’s, the Frans Hals Museum is home to a significant collection of work by Dutch Golden Age painter, Frans Hals.
ChallengeThe museum approached Imagineear looking for an audio-visual solution for their permanent collection that was easy to operate, and easy to update with temporary exhibition content.
SolutionOur MediaPackerâ„¢ guide offered the perfect solution. We scripted and recorded tours of the permanent collection in Dutch and English for adults and children, and regularly update the onsite players with content for temporary exhibitions. For several of the exhibitions at the De Hallen Haarlem site, the museum has produced their own multimedia tours which they upload themselves onto the MediaPackerâ„¢ devices, using our TourBuilderâ„¢ software suite.
What We Are Proud OfThe tours are well received by the public, and offer a complementary service that has become an important education tool. The tours are included in the entrance price and the usage is high.
