Jones will announce the winner of the 2024 Helping Hands initiative. This scheme has been running for six years and supports visitor attractions, charities and community interest groups within the leisure industry to improve their sustainability and social impact.

Robbie Jones is insights director at Katapult, the world’s first B Corp Certified themed attraction design company. He works on providing data-driven audience and market trends, as well as operational insights, to inspire the design team to create immersive, commercially-successful experiences.

Jones has over 15 years’ experience in the leisure and tourism industry and has worked with iconic brands, theme parks, family entertainment centres, museums and visitor attractions around the world. He is also an educational contributor to IAAPA, TEA sub-committee member, and Trustee of his home city’s contemporary arts centre, QUAD.
