New venues include zoos, ski resorts and urban retail destinations.

accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider, has signed strategic agreements with eighteen new partners across the attraction, leisure and hospitality sectors in the US and the UK.

Ten of these clients will now build meaningful connections with visitors during the pre-trip planning phase by using the mobile-first accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing system, including Battersea Power Station, London’s latest shopping and leisure destination.

Of those ten new clients, five will also use the accesso Siriusware platform to streamline operations and boost onsite sales in addition to the accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing solution. The San Francisco Zoo in California, US, the Snowy Range Ski Area in Centennial, Wyoming, US and two properties owned by the Lazarus Entertainment Group are among the combination clients that accesso serves. At these locations, guests can enjoy an improved dining experience on the go thanks to accesso’s mobile F&B ordering solution.

Accessible from a desktop, tablet, or mobile device, the fully hosted and award-winning accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing suite offers visitors a simple eCommerce experience. Operators may guarantee that each guest has access to everything they might need for a future journey by having the capacity to give individualised, distinctive up- and cross-sell chances.

The accesso Siriusware platform will also be used by the Willamette Pass Resort in Oregon, Canada, to provide quick and simple transactions for visitors while allowing for flexible management of on-site operations.

Optimising data management

Operators may modify and streamline their business processes with the accesso Siriusware point-of-sale system, and guests can conduct transactions quickly and easily. The modular solution eliminates the need for separate systems and databases by giving operators a comprehensive view of guests’ purchasing activity, including purchases of goods, food and beverage orders, and more, on a single platform.

Whether guests purchase tickets online or in person, the accesso ShoWare ticketing suite offers complete management of the entire end-to-end ticketing process on a single platform. Additionally, it gives operators flexibility and control over the ticketing process in venues with allocated seating, enabling them to optimise income.

The RiverCenter for the Performing Arts in Columbus, Georgia, and the McPherson Opera House in McPherson, Kansas, are just two of the six new clients that have committed to using the accesso ShoWare live event ticketing technology to improve ticketing operations at their venues.

Meaningful messaging

Furthermore, Timberline Mountain, a well-known ski resort in Davis, West Virginia, will now make use of accesso’s guest experience management platform to provide personalisation at scale and an immersive on-the-mountain experience, accessible to visitors through a mobile app.

By utilising existing customer data together with real-time location and behaviour, accesso’s guest experience management platform enables operators to deliver personalization at scale. This allows them to provide guests with personalised, contextual communications and offers at the ideal time and location.

“2022 was incredible for our team at Accesso, and we’re pleased to have closed out the year welcoming such a unique set of new partners to our worldwide client network,” says accesso CEO Steve Brown.

“We look forward to deepening our global footprint even further in 2023, helping operators unlock new opportunities to drive revenue and deliver a better guest experience in the process.”

accesso recently sponsored the Guest Journey category of the blooloop Innovation Awards, which celebrated digital technology and beyond that enhance the visitor experience.
