This rigorous update to the award-winning platform will be formally launched on 13 November at IAAPA Expo Orlando 2023, the world’s leading event for leisure and entertainment professionals. The Expo is taking place from 13 – 17 November at the Orange County Convention Center.

The upgraded accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing solution includes a number of improvements designed to simplify both operations and the user experience.
The new version includes:
- Functionality to improve the online guest purchasing experience.
- Integration with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Amazon Pay.
- Open banking capability.
- Integration with Uplift, one of the foremost suppliers of “Buy Now, Pay Later” services
- Donations with roundups at checkout.
- Integration with Protecht ticket insurance.
- An enhanced, cohesive look with a streamlined ticketing calendar.
- New “brand mode” launch configuration which provides significant flexibility in embedding the store within a venue’s branded flow.
- Improved dynamic pricing features.
- Enhanced real-time data integration.
- A refreshed guest self-service interface, which gives guests more control.
In addition, the update includes a new point-of-sale release with a redesigned front end to improve the operator experience, a brand-new Cybersource integration with contemporary and secure payment devices, and the capacity to download POS upgrades as they are released.
