Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions, has recruited an experienced industry veteran to continue company growth.
Megan Fulbright has been announced as the firm’s senior business development director, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the theme park and water park industry.
Fulbright will transition from her latest role as director of park operations at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Arlington, Texas, US.
The director’s career has traversed leadership roles across guest services, operations, security and admissions as well as guiding aquatics teams in her roles as instructor and instructor trainer with Jeff Ellis and Associates.
“I am thrilled to be joining a team who is so passionate about revolutionizing the amusement industry,” says Fulbright. “Connect&GO’s management platform is changing the operator and guest experience from beginning to end.
“As someone who has lived through many of the pain points that operators experience, I am truly excited to help play a small role in someone else’s success and to make their job just a little bit easier.”
Latest in series of appointments
Fulbridge has also assisted teams over her career to achieve top ratings in safety excellence for almost two decades. In her spare time, she is a devoted community member serving as chairman of the board of directors for the Arlington/Mansfield Metro YMCA and the board of directors of Trinity Community Foundation.
“As we continue to expand into the US and Europe, having the right people on our team who can truly understand the needs of attractions operators is fundamental,” says senior VP of sales and marketing Tara Morandi. “Megan has vast knowledge about the waterpark and theme park operator experience and is incredibly well respected in the industry. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome her to the team!”
Connect&GO has made several major hires over the last twelve months, including former Accesso and ProSlide executive Morandi last October, and several strategic hires in early 2022 including senior business development director Ted Molter, former CMO at San Diego Zoo.
