Connect&GO powers new Level X FEC chain with Konnect

News
Connect&GO Level X

High-tech guest experiences await at the brand-new boutique venues in Scotland and England

Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions, has announced it will roll out its products at a new British Family Entertainment Center (FEC) chain.

The firm’s all-in-one attractions management platform, Konnect, will be used at all new venues of ‘Level X’ in the United Kingdom.

The operator has now been empowered to create a modern experience for its guests using RFID wristbands, cashless technology and self-serve kiosks across both its locations. Guests can pre-book activities and buy tickets online, and then obtain their RFID wristbands at the onsite kiosk.

The wristband can be used to access attractions, pay for food, and play arcade games thanks to Konnect’s integration with Intercard.

The upmarket FECs are planned to open in Glasgow and Middlesbrough later this Autumn, and will provide high-tech, immersive gaming with interactive and VR elements such as bowling, adventure golf and interactive darts.

“Technology is a huge part of the Level X experience, so finding an innovative technology partner who can support us in our growth has been key,” says COO Graeme Smith. “Connect&GO’s integrated system and next-generation technology has helped us create a modern and efficient experience for our guests and team.”

Empowering data

Connect&GO’s Konnect is a flexible solution suitable for FECs, water parks, zoos, aquariums and other attractions. It provides a central location for attractions to manage their businesses, connecting eCommerce, POS, F&B, access control and other functions with real-time data.

Connect&GO CEO Dominic Gagnon adds: “We are honoured that Level X has chosen us as their partner to help bring their new concept to life. Their innovative vision in the family entertainment centre space is the perfect partnership for our next-generation technology and we are excited to help them grow!”

This summer, Connect&GO raised over $17 million at the closing of its recent Series A funding round, and also announced the appointment of a former Six Flags director.
