Connect&GO renews partnership with Fabrikus World

Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, has announced that its collaboration with Fabrikus World, the biggest amusement park in the South of France, has been renewed.

Fabrikus World has transformed its operations over the last two years using Connect&GO’s Konnect all-in-one management platform. This renewal demonstrates an ongoing dedication to providing outstanding visitor experiences.

Profitable partnership

Since adopting the Konnect platform in 2022, Fabrikus World has experienced considerable improvements in operational efficiency and visitor satisfaction.

By integrating with dormakaba Alvarado, the park has improved security while creating a contemporary, user-friendly experience with digital tokens called “Fabcoins”. This innovative strategy reduces personnel requirements and offers easier access, making the park more profitable.

Jean Champetier, co-owner of Fabrikus World, comments: “Connect&GO’s technology has been instrumental in transforming our park operations and enhancing the guest experience. Looking ahead, we are thrilled to continue our partnership and leverage the platform’s innovative new features.”

Fabrikus World plans to use Connect&GO’s Konnect marketing automations and CRM tool to improve B2B operations and visitor loyalty strategies. This functionality will allow the park to tailor messaging, increase repeat visits, and strengthen relationships with partners and visitors alike.

Dominic Gagnon, CEO of Connect&GO, says: “We are thrilled to continue supporting Fabrikus World as they enter this new phase of growth. By harnessing the capabilities of our Konnect platform Fabrikus World will further solidify its position as a leader in the attractions industry.”

Fabrikus World, previously named Europark Vias Plage, is dedicated to providing exceptional visitor experiences. The 7-hectare attraction in the centre of the Occitanie area, between Montpellier and Perpignan, caters to the whole family with more than 25 attractions and roller coasters, and three F&B outlets. In September 2021, it launched a growth and investment plan focused on professionalisation, modernisation and theming.

Earlier this month, Connect&GO announced a new collaboration with Le PAL amusement and wildlife park. The partnership marks a key milestone in the firm’s continued expansion in France.
