Framestore, the visual effects specialist, has announced the appointment of Ross Wilkinson as the firm’s VFX Supervisor.
The new staff member will be responsible for advancing the design and VFX implementation on a variety of advertising and episodic projects throughout the studio’s Integrated Advertising business, based in London.
Wilkinson, who previously worked his way up at DNEG, arrives from Lola Post Production where he was Head of 3D and VFX Supervisor.
His work has been featured in numerous high-profile projects, including Inception, which won an Oscar for visual effects, the Harry Potter, Avengers, and Mission Impossible franchises, as well as Netflix’s Black Mirror: Season 5, Riviera for Sky Atlantic, and BBC’s Les Misérables. He has over 13 years of industry experience.

Framestore recently completed work on a major new exhibition for London’s Science Museum, celebrating the environments and storytelling of sci-fi adventures.
