Gateway Ticketing Systems to attend AZA Annual Conference

News
AZA 2022 Meeting

The team will be meeting attractions at a top Maryland networking opportunity

Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, will be in attendance at a major industry event later this month.

From the end of August, the technology provider will be in Baltimore, US for the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ (AZA) 2022 Annual Conference and Trade Show. Staff from Gateway will be present to learn, connect and engage with members, but also available to share the company’s ticketing and revenue operations expertise.

Resonating with the market

As a guest experience solution provider for nearly 35 years, the firm’s Galaxy solution incorporates management software for key attraction needs including ticketing, admission control, resources, group sales, retail, and catering, as well as reporting and CRM.

Gateway business solutions architect Chad Wallace says:

“We understand the needs of Zoos and Aquariums, and it shows with the number of attractions in this space that use our Galaxy Ticketing and Guest Experience solution.

“Our Membership module for selling and managing memberships and our Order Entry module for reserving, managing, and invoicing both group and advance sales orders really resonate with the market. In addition, we have fully integrated CRM and donor management functionality.”

Ready to connect

This year’s AZA conference runs from 27 August – 1 September 2022 at the Baltimore Convention Center. Gateway will be exhibiting on Booth 324 for the trade show component, taking place from 30-31 August. Gateway, the recent recipient of an industry award from the Northeast Entertainment Association, is also a Platinum Sponsor for the event.

Wallace has a message for operators looking to attend:

“If your zoo or aquarium is looking for a new ticketing and guest experience solution, or if you just think it is valuable to stay on top of the ticketing systems available, I would love to connect at the meeting.”

Aquarium and zoo professionals can pre-arrange a discussion at the AZA event by booking through this link.

Gateway was also present at the AZA’s Mid-Year Meeting earlier this year, taking place at the Aquarium of the Pacific, which utilises Gateway systems.
