Green 4 Solutions, original customer relationship management (CRM) expert for sport and leisure, were presented with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2014 and celebrated by opening their new software development offices.
The Queen’s Award for Enterprise is a prestigious UK award recognising companies achieving sustained growth in the UK and overseas. Green 4 Solutions have recently expanded their operations into the US with a new office in Atlanta, Georgia.
Commenting on the award, Peter Oliver, Sales and Marketing Director of Green 4 Solutions, said, “What delights me more than anything is that the vast majority of the staff that began this journey with us in 2006 are still with us, and have thrived in a challenging yet exciting working environment.
“We took a decision some time ago to recruit junior staff directly from university or through apprenticeship schemes wherever we could, and this has paid huge dividends with a motivated, hardworking and loyal team.”
The award was presented to Oliver by Lady Gretton, The Queen’s Lord Lieutenant for Leicestershire, at the company’s Lutterworth Head Office. Lady Gretton also officially opened Green 4 Solutions’ brand-new software development offices nearby.
