Neom, Saudi Arabia’s $500 billion city of the future, has signed Ennismore as its first hotel partner. Two of the company’s brands, 25hours Hotels and Morgans Originals, will open properties in Trojena.
The 25hours Hotels team, including founder Christoph Hoffmann and Berlin’s Studio Aisslinger, are working on a design concept for Trojena, Neom’s mountain tourism destination that features a ski village.
According to a release, the design is futuristic and inspired by sci-fi movies. The 25Hours Hotel will offer a cinema, farm-to-table restaurant, and rooftop restaurant with a pool.

The Morgans Originals hotel will be home to four world-class dining facilities, immersive art experiences, a spa and bathhouse, and a rooftop pool bar overlooking the Trojena mountains.
Chris Newman, executive director of hotel development at Neom, said the partnership with Ennismore “echoes our mission to pioneer in the space of experiential hospitality in a way that shapes the future of hotels in the kingdom and beyond”.
“With a shared passion for developing differentiated and imaginative hospitality concepts, we look forward to seeing this relationship – and others like it – flourish,” he added.
“The mountains of Trojena are set to become one of the most awe-inspiring destinations the world over,” said Philip Gullett, executive director and region head at Trojena.

“Both 25hours Hotels and Morgans Originals are ideal brands for Trojena as we look to deliver extraordinary experiences for residents and visitors seeking luxury, adventure, entertainment, livability, and escape from the status quo.”
Neom recently unveiled its plans for The Line, a zero-carbon city with “vertically layered” buildings for work, living and leisure.
In addition, Saudi has been chosen to host the 2029 Asian Winter Games at Neom, with the event taking place within Trojena.
Construction work on the ski village at Trojena is due to begin at the end of this year.
