Particle Ink is a mind-bending portal into the 2.5th dimension

Particle Ink, Las Vegas’ award-winning immersive experience, is heading to the Luxor Hotel and Casino in March 2024.

The new innovative attraction from Kaleidoco opens on 14 March and follows last year’s launch of Particle Ink in the Las Vegas Arts District, which was extended multiple times due to demand.

As per a press release, the addition of Particle Ink to the Luxor is part of the hotel’s plan to become the Las Vegas Strip’s “most dynamic hub for immersive entertainment and experiences”.

The Luxor’s offering, called ‘Particle Ink: House of Shattered Prisms‘, is described as a portal into the 2.5th dimension, or the “uncanny place between waking and sleeping”.

During the mind-bending experience, guests will feel like they are inside a living graphic novel as they take a self-guided tour featuring magical, interactive and projection-mapped technology.

Additionally, throughout the week, Particle Ink will offer live performances with acrobatics and projection-mapped technology.

“We are always looking to develop new entertainment experiences for our guests,” said the Luxor Hotel and Casino’s president and COO Chuck Bowling.

“This relationship with Kaleidoco gives us the opportunity to be at the forefront of the interactive technology space and we can’t wait to see it in motion when we open in March.”

Jennifer Tuft, co-CEO of Kaleidoco, added: “It’s been an incredible and fulfilling journey bringing Particle Ink to the world and we couldn’t be more thrilled about this next chapter with MGM Resorts International.

“Through the limitless potential of imagination and creativity, we know Particle Ink’s House of Shattered Prisms will open the hearts and minds of visitors from around the world.”

Arte Museum is also opening its first North American exhibition in Las Vegas next month, and a new 5D projection experience called Dreambox360º is coming to the city in early 2024.
