Powersoft, the Italian amplifier specialist, is making preparations for its appearance at a top industry show later this month. The company has invested in a double stand at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2022, which will take place in Fira de Barcelona, between 10-13 May.
The company’s audio specialists will be in Barcelona offering demonstrations of its Dynamic Music Distribution solutions and immersing visitors in a haptic experience.
Dynamic Music Distribution presents system integrators (SIs) with the capability to scale inputs and zones efficiently, through dynamic routing capabilities embedded on the firm’s amplifier platforms.
SIs will find it simple to dynamically route music and other sources along with control signals between zones and across numerous amplifiers, independently of source location and without the necessity of a centralised DSP.
Powersoft’s booth walls will represent three different DMD application examples through interactive panels, demonstrating the integrated capabilities of Powersoft’s Mezzo amplifiers, ArmoníaPlus, WM Touch and SYS Control App. For the first time on a Powersoft exhibition stand, visitors can physically investigate the myriad of combinations achievable through the applications.
Immersive movement
Opposite the first stand, an immersive haptic experience will be presented at Stand 7K670 courtesy of Mover, Powersoft’s a patented low-frequency direct-drive and tactile transducer, which has been designed to create the next level of immersive experiences.
Visitors will be able to witness the vibrations from twelve inertial drive version Movers operating at 4Ω, powered by three Quattrocanali DSP+D amplifiers, situated under the stand’s floor panels.
Completing the effect, an interactive video wall displaying content in sync with the transducers to fully immerse attendees. Two Movers will be visible through clear floor panels, allowing visitors to inspect the haptic technology in action.
Mover was recently installed at Atlanta’s Illuminarium, a project finalist in the Applied Technology category of the ISE 2022 show awards.
