Visitors will experience the African savanna, a journey through space, and an immersive art experience.

Illuminarium Experiences, a global experiential entertainment company, has opened its flagship venue at AREA15 in Las Vegas. The technology-driven attraction offers cinematic VR-style experiences without the use of headsets or glasses.

Illuminarium Las Vegas uses state-of-the-art technology that allows visitors to see, hear, feel and smell. Guests can enjoy the African savanna, a journey through space, and an immersive art experience in Georgia O’Keeffe’s most iconic work.

Three experiences are available at the 36,000-square-foot Illuminarium venue – ‘Wild: A Safari Experience’, ‘Space: A Journey to the Moon & Beyond’, and ‘O’Keeffe: One Hundred Flowers’.

“People who haven’t been here ask us, what is Illuminarium? It’s a place that can take you anyplace – a place that can take you to your dreams,” said Alan Greenberg, founder and CEO of Illuminarium Experiences

“Perhaps that dream is a once in a lifetime safari experience, seeing one of the rarest animal sightings in the world, walking on the surface of the moon, kicking up moon dust and leaving your own footprints like Armstrong, or an eye-popping journey inside the paintings of an American icon.”

“Using a never before assembled combination of technologies, scale and content, we create the feeling that you are actually living your dream,” Greenberg added.

Illuminarium Las Vegas is also home to an adults-only ‘After Dark’ experience – a nightlife environment that takes guests to locations including the night markets of Tokyo and the floral gardens of France.

Illuminarium has locations in Atlanta and Las Vegas. The company plans to open more than 40 venues in the next five years.

AREA15, the immersive art and entertainment district in Las Vegas, is opening a new venue in 2024 in Orlando. AREA15 is home to live events, immersive attractions, interactive art installations, state-of-the-art technology, and unique retail and F&B.

Since its debut in 2020, AREA15 has created more than 1,000 new jobs and opened 20 attractions and experiences. Last month, AREA15 launched an NFT collection.
