Powersoft to showcase new maritime certification kit & more at InfoComm 2024

News
Powersoft new products at InfoComm 2024

Powersoft, the Italian amplifier specialist, has revealed that it will present an array of new products at InfoComm 2024, which is taking place from 8 to 14 June in Las Vegas.

The firm will showcase its new Unica maritime certification kit, Verso cloud gateway, MyUniverso cloud platform, and new low-power Unica models at the event, which is the largest AV tech show in North America. Delegates can meet representatives from Powersoft at stand #C9327.

Bookable demo sessions

InfoComm delegates can discover the latest addition to the Unica platform, a maritime kit that validates its safe use at sea. This kit demonstrates Unica’s exceptional durability, having passed extensive testing to meet marine safety standards (IEC 60945 and IACS E10). The Unica marine kit offers cruise ships and other vessels the same benefits as the platform but with additional features tailored to marine users.

Powersoft will also present Verso, a gateway device that connects current Powersoft products to the MyUniverso cloud platform. Delegates will learn how the Verso gateway enables system integrators and IT managers to fully utilise the MyUniverso cloud platform. They will also find out about Verso’s robust logging and data storage capabilities, which ensure local service continuity even during internet outages.

Demos of Unica and MyUniverso will be available at the Powersoft stand, #C9327. The team will showcase new enhancements and new features for Unica, the next-generation amplifier platform. InfoComm attendees can arrange a demo session to learn more about MyUniverso, Powersoft’s safe, responsive, and ever-growing cloud by visiting Powersoft’s website.

The Powersoft team will demonstrate the new lower-power Unica 1K8 and Unica 5K4 for smaller applications, which debuted at ISE in Barcelona. The whole Unica series now includes Dynamic Music Distribution (DMD) features that were previously limited to Mezzo. Unica’s new low-power models and DMD features enhance background music capabilities, maintaining the platform’s “one size fits all” approach and demonstrating the company’s dedication to meeting diverse installation design needs.

Tom Knesel, Powersoft’s general manager, North America, says: “We are thrilled to be a part of InfoComm 2024 and to have the opportunity to demonstrate our latest innovations to pro-AV industry professionals in the US. InfoComm provides us with an invaluable platform to connect with our industry peers and demonstrate how Powersoft is shaping the future of audio technology.”

Recently, Powersoft shared that it has supplied its next-generation amplifier Unica and a Mover compact transducer for an enhanced audio experience at Treetop Adventure Golf, UK.
