purematic brings pure.AIS system to Voltron at Europa-Park

News
Voltron Europa-Park

System provides real-time analytics and visitor control data to support optimised operations

purematic, a provider of visitor management and evaluation software solutions for the attractions industry, has shared details of a new installation of its pure.AIS system at the Voltron attraction at Europa-Park, Germany.

The pure.AIS system is specifically designed to give real-time analytics and visitor control data, which significantly contribute to enhancing efficiency and improving park operations.

As part of its ongoing collaboration with Europa-Park, purematic has now installed the system at the popular Voltron attraction. The precise data provided by pure.AIS will enable the optimisation of the roller coaster’s operations.

€1 trial offer

Through effective control and analysis, pure.AIS significantly contributes to the ongoing improvement of visitor experiences. The system captures ride performance indicators such as live wait times, outputs, operational quality, capacity, and downtimes.

The firm has also developed a customised OPC interface, an industry standard in building automation that enables internal assessments to be easily retrieved and automatically submitted to management. This user-friendly solution makes it easier to integrate the software into current IT systems and provides new opportunities for seamless operational evaluations.

purematic is currently offering a €1 trial that will enable theme parks to try its hardware and software solution for visitor counting and live waiting times for three months at the start of the 2025 season. This offer is available until 31 December and allows operators to test the system’s benefits and optimise their operations ahead of the peak period. Meetings are available at IAAPA Expo in Orlando with no obligation.

Recently, purematic announced that its cutting-edge visitor counting technology will be installed at Schwaben Park, an amusement park in Kaisersbach, Germany. The firm’s latest visitor counters offer outstanding accuracy and reliability. With real-time data, Schwaben Park can identify peak periods, optimise visitor management, and reduce wait times. In addition, its maximum visitor capacity can be regularly monitored to ensure safety.
