RocketRez The Cloud Commerce Platform Powering Tours and Attractions

Tech firm will be supporting various talks and fireside talks as Global Partner for the San Diego event

RocketRez, the all-in-one POS for tours and attractions, has announced it will be attending the American travel industry event, Arival 360. The event will be the company’s biggest investment to date, with seven staff members from different departments of the technology provider in attendance.

Arival 360 describes itself as “The live conference for the best part of travel”, and will take place both online and in-person this year. RocketRez is a designated Global Partner for the San Diego US-based conference.

The CEO of the cloud commerce engine provider, John Pendergrast, will lead a discussion on distribution titled “An Attractions Tech & Distribution Town Hall”.

The company is also running a Sponsored Demo Lab where attendees can find out how to optimise ticket sales with dynamic pricing, timed ticketing, and upselling.

In addition, RocketRez is co-sponsoring the Fireside Social at Riverside Park, which promises “good friends, good drinks and great desserts”.

Learn, network & share

The RocketRez team presentations will focus on:

  • The vertical-specific ticketing rules and processes it has implemented to create maximum flexibility on the platform
  • How all sales channels utilising a single shared inventory source can allow operators to sell more tickets and products, compared to allocating quantities for each separate channel
  • How operators have improved profit margins and increased revenue by building direct booking relationships with their audience

RocketRez’s director of marketing, Scott Riddell says “We see a huge boom in travel and tourism on the horizon and the team has been working hard to make sure our platform is preparing operators for the opportunities that lie ahead. We are thrilled to get the chance to learn, network and share our updates in person again at Arival 360.”

Attendees can book tickets online at the Arival 360 website.

RocketRez recently released its comprehensive five-part guide to revenue management for tours and attractions, free to read online.

Last year, RocketRez integrated its Web Engine into driving company Xtreme Xperience’s booking process, delivering a clean, guided buying experience for its customers.
