Falcon’s Beyond Global, a fully integrated development enterprise for IP-driven parks, resorts, media and merchandise, has announced its biggest-ever recruitment initiative for the Falcon’s Creative Group business unit.
This initiative aims to hire almost 200 new team members, almost doubling the size of the unit, and will support unprecedented company expansion of creative projects around the world.
Unprecedented growth
Falcon’s Creative Group, headquartered in Orlando, is one of the leading themed entertainment and master planning firms on the globe. It has planned more than $100 billion in award-winning experiences, which are renowned for a combination of creative vision, compelling design, immersive media, and cutting-edge technology.
The unit launched its recruitment plan to hire nearly 200 design, media, and technology specialists ahead of IAAPA Expo in Orlando.

The firm is exhibiting at IAAPA Expo at booth #1073, and will present a range of its proprietary rides and attractions technologies. Delegates will be able to explore these scaleable solutions which are suitable for a variety of themed entertainment applications. They will also be able to enjoy a demonstration of the Katmandu Park | Punta Cana’s ON!X Theatre attraction, which recently won the Platinum MUSE award in the Experiential & Immersive category.
Falcon’s Beyond Global recently welcomed Bruce A. Brown as executive vice president of legal, general counsel & corporate secretary. Brown, who has over two decades of legal expertise, will report to the company’s president, Simon Philips.
