IAAPA Europe Gold Sponsor

Team will showcase improvements to Galaxy Ticketing and Guest Experience solution, and more

Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, will be exhibiting at this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe, which takes place in Barcelona, Space, from 28 – 30 September.

“We have a vibrant and engaged community of attractions across the UK and Europe, served by our team in London, our partner resellers across the continent, and our headquarters in Pennsylvania,” says Joe Marshall, General Manager of Gateway Ticketing Systems UK. “And we’re excited to show prospective and existing customers what we’ve been working on the past couple of years.”

Enhancements to Galaxy solution

Attendees at IAAPA Expo Europe will be able to visit the Gateway Ticketing Systems booth, in order to find out more about the latest enhancements to the Galaxy Ticketing and Guest Experience solution. New features offer a better guest experience and an improved sales interface, as well as enhanced data security.

Galaxy now integrates with Apple Wallet, and Gateway has been working on improved online fraud security, with reCAPTCHA and payment transaction fraud. In addition, the company has simplified the process of managing channels with third-party OTA distributors.

One new feature is Galaxy Contact Validation, which allows operators to validate the address and contact data of visitors, both on the web store and when staff enter the data at a POS. Expo attendees can also discover the next-generation custom Ticketing and F&B kiosks.

Gateway Ticketing Systems and Galaxy are now French tax certified, becoming the first certified company in the United States, and also complies with several national, regional, and industry-specific requirements, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Swedish Fiscal Regulations, Czech EET and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS.

CRM Plus

Gateway has also made improvements to the CRM Plus module. With CRM Plus, operators can lift transaction data from Galaxy and transform it into actionable reports, helping them to make informed decisions. The company recently published a whitepaper, called Made-to-Measure Excitement, showing how Galaxy and CRM Plus can work together to perpetually engage guests and boost revenue.

IAAPA Expo Europe attendees can also find out more about Galaxy Connect, Gateway’s award-winning, cloud-based platform. This lets attractions connect with third-party distributors with a single integration, meaning they can sell live tickets around the globe.

Reengaging with the community

“This will be just our second tradeshow since the pandemic started and our first in Europe,” says Marshall. “We can’t wait to reengage with the community that we haven’t seen in almost two years and show them how the latest version of Galaxy will help them improve the operational efficiency and revenue at their attractions. We’ll see everyone in Barcelona!”

Gateway will be at Booth #2-1665, where attendees can meet Joe Marshall, Charlie Broschart at and Christopher Loader, Technical Support Analyst. The company is also a Gold Sponsor of the event.

Gateway Ticketing Systems will also be exhibiting at the US Travel Association’s IPW 2021, which takes place in Las Vegas from 18 – 22 September.
