Lagotronics Projects,the media-based attractions specialist,is celebrating the completion of the first Ferrari-themed esports arena in the world, which opened in September at Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
The facility combines innovative technology and the legendary Ferrari brand to set new benchmarks for the esports entertainment sector.
Visually stunning experience
Lagotronics Projects wasresponsible for overseeing the technical elements of the arena's audiovisual and lighting installations, which included several high-resolution LED walls and fully programmable lighting systems. One of the most remarkable features is the 63-metre-long ribbon LED wall that encircles the venue and functions as a dynamic display for live event updates, scores, and promotional material.
The firm delivered the project in collaboration with International Decor Co. LLC (IDC), an expert in fit-out contracting, to create a visually stunning arena that reflects Ferrari's trademark flair. IDC served as the main contractor for the design and build of theesports Arena project, handling design, construction, fit-out, and subcontractor coordination.

Ferrari World Yas Island in Abu Dhabi is the first Ferrari-branded theme park on the planet. It features more than40 exciting rides and family-friendly attractions, including Formula Rossa, the world's fastest roller coaster. The new esports arena, which reimaginesan existing space in thepark, offers an immersive racing experience with simulators, video walls, and dramatic lighting. Ferrari is also set to organise esports finales hosted by the venue.

Last month, Lagotronics Projects, in collaboration with Mack Rides, Leisure Expert Group and Themics, shared that the world’s first Gameplay Theater will premiere as Ghostly Manor at Paultons Park in the UK.
