RWS Global, aleading producer of live experiences,has announced that Ryan Fitzgerald has joined the firm as executive vice president of Sea Production.
Fitzgerald is an established cruise entertainment specialist with over two decades of experience and is set to support RWS Global's cruise entertainment division in its ongoing worldwide growth.

Creating best-in-class entertainment at sea
Before joining RWS Global, Fitzgerald was general manager at Insignia Event Services, where he oversaw a team that handled a large portion of the premium hospitality, events, and in-game production for the Arizona Cardinals, Men's Final Four 2024, Super Bowl LVII, The Fiesta Bowl, and Taylor Swift's Eras Tour kickoff.
Prior to this, he managed the worldwide fleet of entertainment leaders for Carnival Cruise Lines and Princess Cruises for 20 years while producing and directing entertainment for both lines.
In his new position as EVP of Sea Production, Fitzgerald will lead all cruise teams in New York, Sydney, the UK, and others, as well as the worldwide operation of RWS Global's fleet of over 40 ships. His role will concentrate on customer relations development, production, business management, creative programming, talent, and wardrobe.
Furthermore, he will work directly with the operations and production teams to create and implement cutting-edge, world-class entertainment at sea.
