Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced that its Tixera park solution is now live at Kingfisher Waterpark in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh, India.
This suite of products is able to run operations for the 4-acre attraction, including contactless solutions such as RFID lockers and silicone wristbands. It also means that park can streamline guest check-ins with Semnox’s XCESS readers and Desktop readers.
Tixera is an integrated, all-in-one solution for venue management, covering multi-channel sales, access control, cashless solutions, RFID lockers, inventory management, food & beverage sales, maintenance and more.
The installation of Semnox’s products means that the water park can reduce the amount of physical contact needed with guests, and is, therefore, more able to keep visitors safe in the wake of the pandemic.
Guests can check-in easily with the XCESS readers, which have a full-screen tap area and support for wireless networks. Plus, the Tripod turnstiles are able to control guest entry without the need for additional team members to supervise the process.
