New tools will assist management to troubleshoot and discover trends

Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has upgraded systems at one of India’s oldest amusement parks.

Fun Kingdom, found in the city of Jaipur, will now benefit from enhanced operational capabilities and an improved guest experience as a result of Semnox’s Tixera Park Solution. The park appeals to a wide audience with an assortment of adventure games, and children’s and adult rides.

Helping smooth operations

Semnox’s work with the park includes the implementation of its Tixera ticketing solution for POS and entry validation readers for access. Assisting with the attraction’s desire for a better and safer guest experience, the venue will also benefit from Tixera’s mobile dashboard app, BizInsights.

The software provides advanced and accurate business reporting, allowing management to oversee venue operations on the go. BizInsights will help Fun Kingdom to spot emerging trends and predict potential issues.

Divya Moti Hotels and Resorts director Naman Naredi says: “Having Semnox as our solution provider has given us a lot of advantages in terms of Semnox having their Headquarters in India. The installation was smooth, and the support, for any of our queries and concerns, has always been well-taken care of.”

“A strategic win”

Semnox took time to understand the needs of Fun Kingdom, with group client partner for Semnox Solutions, Ashish KS, adding:

“We are glad to be associated with the Divya Moti Hotels and Resorts group. This has been a strategic win. With Parks, we always have a long sales cycle, which has given us more time to interact and understand the requirements of Fun Kingdom. We wish Fun Kingdom a long journey of success.”

Semnox has recently integrated a number of its systems, including Semnox’s Parafait LUMIN tap-to-play debit card readers at the Energyplex FEC in Kelowna, Canada.

The tech company has also recently completed a series of “firsts”, including its first install in Syria, at Leisurezone in Damascus, as well as its first project in Egypt, found at an indoor play facility in Cairo.
