Companies will exhibit together at IAAPA Expo 2022 in Orlando, Florida

Severn Lamb, a leader in the manufacture and supply of leisure, resort and amusement transport, has announced the recent asset acquisition of Trams International, a US and international supplier of trams with over three decades of experience.

Trams International, a new Severn Lamb brand, will be located in Nevada, US, and led by Newton Montano. As the previous Trams International VP and GM, Montano has more than 30 years of experience in the mobility market for North, Central, and South America.

Attendees at IAAPA Expo 2022 will be able to meet Severn Lamb and Trams International at a single booth, #5319, where they will have the opportunity to discuss both park trains and road trams. The event takes place from 14 – 18 November 2022 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Took book a meeting ahead of the trade show, email Trams International here, or email Severn Lamb here.

In the summer of 2022, Severn Lamb completed work on the Dreamland Express at Queensland’s Dreamworld Theme Park. The iconic train, which first debuted on 15 December 1981, has taken millions of park guests on a whistle-stop tour of the park over the years. Dreamworld was looking to give the popular attraction a refresh, and enlisted Severn Lamb with the task of upgrading the carriages.

Last year, Severn Lamb assembled and transported two new road trains to Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, in London, and also began work on the revitalisation project of Southend Pier, the world’s longest pleasure pier at over two kilometres long, which will receive new trains.
