Universal Studios Hollywood has partnered with Cameo to offer guests free, personalised video greetings from The Grinch, just in time for ‘Grinchmas’ at the theme park.

Grinchmas and ‘Christmas in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter’ begin on November 28 and continue until December 29 at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Cameo is a platform that allows fans to request personalised videos from ‘pop culture personalities’. Online submissions are now available at Cameo.com/TheGrinch until December 8.

The website includes simple instructions on how to request personalised video messages from The Grinch, which will be delivered to friends and family.

Fans can meet The Grinch and his dog Max in person at Universal Studios Hollywood’s Grinchmas. This year’s event includes a new, state-of-the-art, topsy-turvy Grinchmas tree.

The custom-made tree, which twists and turns over 55 feet in height, is decorated with hundreds of ornaments and thousands of LED lights.

There will also be Grinchmas tree lighting ceremonies every evening, alongside a big snowfall.

Earlier this month, Universal Orlando Resort announced dates and details of its Christmas 2019 celebrations.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will be transformed, while other attractions include Grinchmas and the Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s.

Universal Orlando Resort also recently announced the opening date of its eighth hotel, called Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites.

Dockside Inn and Suites will open on March 17, 2020. The affordable hotel will add 2,050 rooms to Universal Orlando Resort.

Also coming to Universal Orlando Resort is its fourth theme park, Universal’s Epic Universe, which is expected to open in 2023.
