Themics Philippines Inc., an internationally recognised theming and fabrication company, is helping parks create bespoke seasonal experiences as Halloween and the autumn season grow in popularity across the attractions industry, transforming familiar settings into themed celebrations of harvest, Thanksgiving, and Halloween.
Halloween gives the company a chance to combine expansive scenic design, imaginative storytelling, and technical skill to create memorable experiences for visitors at theme parks and agritainment destinations worldwide.
From towering, illuminated pumpkin displays to oversized harvest characters, the company has helped shape seasonal events at some of Europe's best-known attractions and beyond.
Autumn at Europa-Park
Every autumn, Europa-Park Resort turns Germany's largest theme park into a seasonal destination, greeting visitors with a harvest-inspired display.
For its latest Halloween celebration, Themics created more than 100 custom decorative pieces, including illuminated pumpkin displays, stacked pumpkin sculptures, and scarecrows, frogs, and character-inspired pumpkin designs.

Placed throughout the resort, the installations bring a festive atmosphere to every stage of the guest experience.
The project continues Themics’ partnership with Europa-Park, building on earlier collaborations that included photo opportunities for the Ed & Edda Grand Prix Adventure dark ride and character sculptures of Snorri and Kelpie for the resort's water park, Rulantica.
Family-friendly Halloween at Paultons Park
At award-winning Paultons Park, home to the popular Halloween Spooktacular, Themics once again partnered with the park to elevate one of the UK's most family-friendly Halloween events.
The project featured several installations, including a Giant Pumpkin Tree with programmable lighting, a wide range of uniquely themed pumpkins, and a fully themed Pumpkin Tractor.

Designed to make an impression in daylight and after dark, these displays add to the event's distinctive atmosphere and offer guests a range of memorable photo opportunities.
The collaboration builds on the successful relationship between Themics and the park owners, following the recent completion of the Valgard: Realm of the Vikings themed area.
Harvest Season at Hansa-Park
At Germany's Hansa-Park, Themics provided a complete range of autumn-themed installations for the park's seasonal festivities. The project’s centrepiece stands in the New Lübeck themed area, where Pumpkin John and Martha Jane, two harvest characters designed, engineered, and built by the Themics team, welcome visitors.

More than five metres tall, the illuminated figures are especially striking after dark, adding to the festive atmosphere and offering guests popular photo opportunities.
More than 300 handcrafted pumpkins are carefully arranged throughout the area, creating a colourful and welcoming harvest landscape. Together, the decorations turn New Lübeck into an autumn village with warmth, character, and seasonal stories.
Scary Prairie at Slagharen
Several years ago, Themics helped bring Attractie- & Vakantiepark Slagharen’s family-friendly Halloween event, Scary Prairie, to life with its Wild West theme.
Created by Leisure Expert Group, the seasonal attraction featured a variety of Themics-designed installations, including a full pumpkin band, oversized carved pumpkins, and a themed entrance arch.

Designed as interactive photo spots, these features helped create the light-hearted, welcoming atmosphere that made Scary Prairie a popular Halloween destination for families.
Giant Pumpkin Creations for The MAiZE
In addition to its work with traditional theme parks, Themics has partnered with The MAiZE, a leading agritainment operator, to create a wide range of large-scale seasonal attractions.
The collection features giant pumpkin trees, spiders, motorcycles, hot rods, horse-drawn carriages, and trucks, all custom-designed and fabricated by Themics. Each attraction is equipped with integrated LED lighting and plug-and-play functionality for efficient deployment across multiple locations.

These larger-than-life creations have become focal points of fall festivals across the United States, helping The Maize deliver memorable guest experiences that bring together entertainment, agriculture, and family-friendly seasonal fun.
Other themed lands that the company has recently contributed to include Avalon at Toverland in the Netherlands.
