Cedar Fair Limited Partners Pass Three Proposals at Annual Meeting

Cedar Fair, a leader in regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment, reports that on May 15, 2008, its limited partners re-elected Darrel D. Anderson and David L. Paradeau to the Board of Directors of its general partner, Cedar Fair Management, Inc., to terms expiring in 2011.

 

The limited partners also approved the adoption of the 2008 Omnibus Incentive Plan, which supersedes and replaces a number of existing incentive compensation plans, and confirmed the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.
